Les Années Folles (SASU, RCS Paris 888 044 153, 10 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris), operating under the Korefluence brand, acts as the Data Controller for User account data and as a Data Processor when aggregating public social media data for influencer analytics.
2. Purpose of Collection
Data is processed for the following purposes:
- Managing User accounts and providing the Service.
- Ensuring platform security and preventing fraudulent activity.
- Building an influencer database based on public metrics (Legitimate Interest).
3. Data Subject Rights (GDPR)
Users and Influencers have the following rights regarding their personal data:
- Access and Rectification: The right to view and correct personal information.
- Erasure: The right to request the deletion of data under certain conditions.
- Portability: The right to receive data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Object to Processing: The right to object to data processing based on legitimate interests.
4. Security and Transfers
- Security Measures: Korefluence employs industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access or loss.
- International Transfers: Any data transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
5. Sub-processors
Korefluence uses the following third-party sub-processors to operate the Service. Each processes personal data on our behalf and solely on our documented instructions:
- Scaleway: hosting, database, file storage and CDN. France (EEA).
- Stripe: payment processing and creator payouts. Ireland (EEA) and USA, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Anthropic: AI-assisted matching and content drafting. USA, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Cohere: text embeddings for search and matching. Canada (adequacy decision).
- Bright Data: collection of public social media data. Israel (adequacy decision).
- Postmark: transactional email delivery. USA, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
- PostHog: product analytics. European Union (EEA).
- Sentry: error and performance monitoring. USA, covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep this list current and will reflect here any addition or replacement of a sub-processor.
Common Dispositions
1. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
2. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Owner is based. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Owner's location.
